Clients are assigned an Account Manager who directs a recruiting team responsible for the successful completion of the candidate search. Weekly or bi-monthly reports are provided.

Contingency Recruiting Fee - As a contingency recruiting firm, we do not expect any payment for our efforts until we find the "Right" candidate. Our recruiting fee is based on a percentage of the candidate's base salary. We offer a 60 day replacement or substitution guarantee on all candidates hired.
