Academy Associates has developed a powerful management & employee survey tool designed to assist companies to quickly identify and prioritize productivity, operational improvement and cost reduction opportunities. Our Employee Quality Improvement Process Tool (EQUIPT) is customized to each corporate client and can be used by any size organization. Once designed, the EQUIPT Survey can be made available over the Internet or in hardcopy format.

 

    PURPOSE OF EQUIPT

 

As companies grow and expand they must constantly change their organizational structure, processes and systems to keep up with the demands of the business. During this phase of a company's development company management may have a tendency to become very focused on new business development and may pay less attention to insuring that back office operations, processes and systems are optimized.

 

To assist company executives to quickly evaluate the efficiency of their operations, Academy Associates has developed a simplistic employee operational survey approach designed to identify potential productivity, process and cost reduction opportunities. The objective of EQUIPT is to make available to company employees a non-threatening approach to identifying company improvement opportunities.

 

 

    SURVEY APPROACH

 

Each EQUIPT Survey is customized by your management team working jointly with our consultants to design a survey tool specific to your company's processes and services. EQUIPT is a "free-text" survey that is purposely designed to allow employees the opportunity to express their operational issues in sentences and paragraph form, and provide them an opportunity to present their solutions.

 

Our EQUIPT Survey approach includes the following 7 Work Tasks:

1 - Meet with company management to agree on survey scope and objectives

2 - Work together to customize our base survey model

3 - Develop and execute the survey distribution plan

4 - Employees complete the EQUIPT Survey (Internet and /or hard-copy)

5 - Compile survey results

6 - Develop a draft of the EQUIPT Survey and Analysis Report for review by company 

     management

7 - Develop and present the final EQUIPT Survey Report.
