OVERVIEW

For those companies that are looking to hire Junior Military Officers, we co-sponsor Junior Military Officer Hiring Conferences monthly in Houston, TX. At each conference we invite only those military officers who have exceptional academic, leadership, and professional credentials required by our corporate clients. Our candidates include West Point, Annapolis, Coast Guard, and Air Force Academy Graduates as well as other outstanding military officers. These candidates are "The Best of the Best" and include Army Rangers, Navy SEALS, Special Forces, Corps of Engineer, Stealth, and B-1 Bomber officers.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS

In addition to four or more years of leading military units in both combat and non-combat environments, all of our candidates have Bachelor degrees with a large percentage who have earned advance technical or non-technical degrees. Many have academic credentials in the following disciplines:

CONFERENCE PROGRAMS

Each conference program is conducted over a one or two day period at a local area hotel. Companies interested in attending are requested to provide us with the position descriptions at least three weeks prior to the conference. When received, our recruiting team then matches the specific requirements to our candidate's credentials and forwards the resumes to our corporate clients for their review and selection before the conference. As they are selected, candidates will be scheduled for 30-45 minute one-on-one company interviews with company hiring managers or company recruiters.
